We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is suï¬cient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. <arr:KeyAuditMattersAudit contextRef="ctx2" id="fact1122" xml:lang="en">Key audit maê¢ers Key audit maê¢ers are those maê¢ers that, in our professional judgement, were of most signiï¬cance in our audit of the Financial Statements for 2023. These maê¢ers were addressed in the context of our audit of the Financial Statements as a whole, and in forming our opinion thereon, and we do not provide a separate opinion on these maê¢ers. Key audit maê¢er Capitalisaê¢on of development costs The Group capitalises development costs when certain criteria according to IFRS are met. The criteria for recogniê¢on and measurement of development costs are subject to Managementâs judgment and assumpê¢ons, which is uncertain by nature. Completed development projects are assessed for impairment indica- ê¢ons. For in-progress development projects impairment tests are performed at least annually. The impairment tests are based on the strategy plan approved by Management and value-in-use calculaê¢ons based on expected future cash ï¬ows. We focused on this area because the criteria for recogniê¢on and measurement of development projects are subject to Management judgments and assump- ê¢ons. Refer to note 14 in the Consolidated Financial Statements. How our audit addressed the key audit maê¢er We assessed whether the Groupâs accounê¢ng policies are in accordance with IFRS Accounê¢ng Standards. We carried out risk assessment procedures in order to obtain an understanding of IT systems, business processes and relevant controls regarding capitalised development costs. For the controls, we assessed whether they were designed and implemented to eï¬ecê¢vely address the risk of material misstatement. We selected a sample of in-progress development projects and considered whether all criteria described in IFRS Accounê¢ng Standards were met as basis for capitalisaê¢on. We evaluated and challenged Managementâs assessment of impairment indica- tors of completed development projects based on the commercial prospects of the projects. For in-progress development projects and projects with impairment indicators, we challenged the key assumpê¢ons applied in the value-in-use cal- culaê¢ons. Our work was based on our understanding of the business cases and signiï¬cant assumpê¢ons applied. We challenged whether the intent to ï¬nalise the projects remain and whether the projects are expected to generate future economic beneï¬ts exceeding the carrying values.</arr:KeyAuditMattersAudit>

Our opinion on the Financial Statements does not cover Managementâs Review, and we do not express any form of assurance conclusion thereon. Moreover, we considered whether Managementâs Review includes the disclosures required by the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, in our view, Managementâs Review is in accordance with the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Parent Company Financial Statements and has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. <arr:StatementOfAuditorsResponsibilityForAuditAndAuditPerformed contextRef="ctx2" id="fact1174" xml:lang="en">Auditorâs responsibiliê¢es for the audit of the Financial Statements Our objecê¢ves are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the Financial Statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditorâs report that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs and the addiê¢onal requirements applicable in Denmark will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to inï¬uence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these Financial Statements. As part of an audit in accordance with ISAs and the addiê¢onal requirements applicable in Denmark, we exercise professional judgement and maintain professional scepê¢cism throughout the audit. We also: ⢠Idenê¢fy and assess the risks of material misstatement of the Financial Statements, whether due to fraud or error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is suï¬cient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detecê¢ng a material misstatement resulê¢ng from fraud is higher than for one resulê¢ng from error, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intenê¢onal omissions, misrepresentaê¢ons, or the override of internal control. â¢Obtain an understanding of internal control relevant to the audit in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for thepurpose of expressing an opinion on the eï¬ecê¢veness of the Groupâs and the Parent Companyâs internal control. â¢Evaluate the ppropriateness of accounê¢ng policies used and the reasonableness of accounê¢ng esê¢mates and related disclosures made by Management.Conclude on the appropriateness of Managementâs use of the going concern basis of accounê¢ng and based on the audit evidence obtained, whether a materialuncertainty exists related to events or condiê¢ons that may cast signiï¬cant doubt on the Groupâs and the Parent Companyâs ability to conê¢nue as a going concern. If we conclude that a material uncertainty exists, we are required to draw aê¢enê¢on in our auditorâs report to the related disclosures in the Financial Statements or, if such disclosures are inadequate, to modify our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our auditorâs report. However, future events or condiê¢ons may cause the Group or the Parent Company to cease to conê¢nue as a going concern. â¢Evaluate the overall presentaê¢on, structure, and content of the Financial Statements, including the disclosures, and whether the Financial Statements representthe underlying transacê¢ons and events in a manner that gives a true and fair view. â¢Obtain suï¬cient appropriate audit evidence regarding the ï¬nancial informaê¢on of the enê¢ê¢es or business acê¢viê¢es within the Group to express an opinion on theConsolidated Financial Statements. We are responsible for the direcê¢on, supervision, and performance of the group audit. We remain solely responsible for our audit opinion. We communicate with those charged with governance regarding, among other maê¢ers, the planned scope and ê¢ming of the audit and signiï¬cant audit ï¬ndings, including any signiï¬cant deï¬ciencies in internal control that we idenê¢fy during our audit. We also provide those charged with governance with a statement that we have complied with relevant ethical requirements regarding independence, and to communicate with them all relaê¢onships and other maê¢ers that may reasonably be thought to bear on our independence and, where applicable, acê¢ons taken to eliminate threats or safeguards applied. From the maê¢ers communicated with those charged with governance, we determine those maê¢ers that were of most signiï¬cance in the audit of the Financial Statements of the current period and are therefore the key audit maê¢ers.
