A dynamic test will be established at a later date. ISO 1275:2006 Double-pitch precision roller chains, attachments and associated chain sprockets for transmission and conveyors ISO 1275.2006 specifies requirements for double-pitch precision roller chains suitable for the mechanical transmission of power and for conveyors, together with those for their associated sprockets. It covers dimensions, tolerances, length measurement, preloading and minimum tensile strengths. These double-pitch chains have been derived from some of the short-pitch transmission precision roller chains covered by ISO 606 having certain common dimensions but of double the pitch. The chains are intended for use under less onerous conditions with respect to speed and power transmitted than are the base chains from which they are derived. ISO 1275.2006 primarily applies to sprockets with 5 to 75 teeth inclusive (with intermediate numbers of teeth 5 and a half to 74 and a half inclusive). ISO 1977:2006 Conveyor chains, attachments and sprockets ISO 1977:2006 specifies the characteristics of bush, plain and flanged roller chains of both solid and hollow bearing pin types designed for general conveying and mechanical handling duties, together with associated chain sprockets and attachments. The chain dimensions it specifies will ensure interchangeability of complete chains and individual links for repair purposes. It is applicable to sprockets with from 6 to 40 teeth. Control criteria for sprockets are defined to ensure correct meshing, operation and transmission of load in use under normal operating conditions. Establishes a method of calculating minimum pulley diameters. Applies to belts made of rubber or plastics with textile or metal carcasses. ISO 3870:1976 Conveyor belts (fabric carcass), with length between pulley centres up to 300 m, for loose bulk materials — Adjustment of take-up device Describes fixed and automatic take-up devices. Contains recommendations for adjustment values which are valid for the most commonly used belts. Tabulates various types of take-up devices with relation to conveyor lengths from 0 to 12 m up to 150 to 300 m. ISO 4195-1:1987 Conveyor belts — Heat resistance — Part 1: Test method This part specifies a method for determining the relative level of heat resistance of belts. Because of the procedure requirements set, the tests can be carried out only if the cover thickness is equal to or greater than 4 mm.
